TERMS & CONDITIONS
Service Conditions
- Prompt delivery of lunch between 10 to 1pm & between 4 to 7pm for dinner, to your doorstep from Mondays to Fridays Only (No Service on all Public Holidays, Eve of Christmas, New Year and the Lunar New Year period)
- Use of quality, hygienic & convenient disposable paper food containers (Environment Friendly & Microwaveable) at NO extra cost
- Unlimited meal cancellations allowing you the flexibility of dining out anytime.
- Meal Cancellations must be done one working day in advance, by calling our office @ 6755 4466, during office hours from 9am to 5pm (Mon - Fri). However, please take note that meal cancellations are not allowed for Trial Orders of 10 days. Meal cancellations through SMS or E-mails will not be accepted. All cancelled meals CANNOT be postponed or replaced. They will be refunded in CASH in accordance to the refund rate as stated in the price table above.
- Our Menu is good for 20 days and is subject to availability of fresh food stock. We reserve the right to make changes to the menu without giving advance notice to customers.
- For service termination, you are required to call us 3 working days before your contract expires. Failing to do so will result in a Penalty fee being imposed in accordance to the Penalty Rate as stated in the price table above.
- Once orders have been confirmed by customers, it will be deemed that the customer understands and accepts all our Terms & Conditions.
- We are unable to deliver to Sentosa and CBD District (Which may include nearby vicinity) as well as the following areas : Lavender St, Jalan Besar, Serangon Road, Kallang Road, Sims Ave, Geylang Road, Joo Chiat Area, Eunos, Marine Parade Estate, Guillemard Road, Mountbatten Road & Tanjong Rhu.
- Our service coverage & restriction is subjected to changes.
Payment Terms
- Full Payment is to be made on the 1st day of service contract. We reserve the right to terminate the service if payment is not made within 3 working days upon receipt of the invoice.
- For payment by cheque, please cross & make payable to MOM’S COOKING PTE LTD and kindly ensure that your customer ID is written on the reverse side of the cheque. A penalty fee of $20 will be imposed for any dishonoured cheque
- For Cash Payments, please kindly inform us in advance and ensure that our delivery driver signs on the invoice which will serve as proof of receipt
- For Internet or ATM Transfers, please kindly call our office to make the arrangement
